Daily Power Smoothie

Ingredients

300 calories of delicious nutrition

Kale or Similar Dark Greens (1-2 Cups)

Banana (1/2 - 1 medium)

Berries (1/2 cup)

Almond Milk (1 cup)

Ice & Water (1-2 cups)

 

Optional Additions

Recommended for Athletes

Protein Powder

Creatine

Almond Butter

 

SuperFoods

Alternate with each smoothie

Maca

Mushroom Blend

Meringa

Hemp

Flax Seeds

 

I usually leave out the almond butter to reduce calories and rotate the superfoods, using a different one each time.
